Payment and dispatch

Dispatch conditions

 

Delivery takes place in Germany (Germany) and the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland (except Åland Islands), Greece (except Mount Athos), Ireland, Italy (except Livigno and Campione d'Italia), Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands (except non-European areas), Austria, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (except northern part).

 

We do not deliver to Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Poland or Spain. Customers from these countries must provide a delivery address in another EU country.

Dispatch shall not be made to the German Islands.

Dispatch shall not be made to the following foreign islands: Färöer, Grönland, Ålandinseln, überseeische Gebiete und Departements Frankreichs, Berg Athos, Kanalinseln, außer Livigno und Campione d'Italia, außereuropäische Gebiete der Niederlande, Kanarische Inseln, Ceuta und Melilla, Nordteil Zyperns

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We calculate the shipping costs with:

€ 2.49 for the sliding bushes
when ordering both items: 7.49 €

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We calculate the shipping costs with:
€ 15.99 for the OCIS
€ 2.49 for the sliding bushes
when ordering both items: € 15.99



Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 7 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 14 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
